Monday to Friday 7am to 5pm, and Saturday 8am to 4pm. We are closed on Sundays. The trade counter opens at 7am on weekdays so you can collect parts before your first job.
We are at Unit IB03, Elm Court, Capstone Road, Gillingham ME7 3JQ, near Hempstead Valley and not far from Junction 4 of the M2. There is plenty of parking right outside the trade counter and the showroom.
Both. Local plumbers use our trade counter every day, and homeowners are welcome at the counter and in the bathroom showroom next door. We also sell to the public on eBay and Facebook Marketplace.
Yes. Once your bathroom package is put together we can recommend an installation team from plumbers we know and trust in Medway.
No, just pop in during opening hours to see the different setups on display. If you want a proper sit-down about a full bathroom design, give us a ring first so we can make time for you.
Yes. We stock Potterton boilers and will talk you through what suits your property and your budget. If you need it fitted, we can point you to a local heating engineer.
Yes. If you are fitting out offices or other workplaces with washrooms, get in touch and we will put together what you need.
We keep the common repair parts on the shelf, from washers and valves to replacement basins. Call 01634 841700 and we will check before you drive over.
Yes. We sell on eBay and Facebook Marketplace, so you may well have found us there first. Message us on either, or call 01634 841700 to check stock, and you are welcome to collect from Elm Court.
We will never claim to be the cheapest. Our connections in the trade let us buy quality products at good prices, and we pass that on as real value for money, plus advice you will not get from a big-box store.
